This is my own chart. Each employee of the business has been given a role that is responsible for different areas of my life that I need to be accountable for, improve or focus upon.

Employees are divided into teams using the BOSS (Body, Outlook, Soul, Sub-Divisions) Method. Each team is led by a Director responsible for Managers of specific groups.

Staff are required to submit reports highlighting notable activities of that day. In addition, there is a monthly board meeting and regular meetings of each sub-committee. You can find all of the reports on the homepage.
